Villa Style
Villa Azaya is a contemporary-styled, five-bedroom, Bali rental villa, located just 50 metres from the beach in the Petitenget/Seminyak neighbourhood on Bali’s southwest coast. Covering 2100 square metres, the shingle-roof property comprises a large two-storey building complemented by a fully independent two-bedroom guesthouse, stand-alone gym, poolside gazebo and 20-metre swimming pool, well integrated within an expansive, flat-lawned garden.

The five air-conditioned bedrooms each feature ensuite bathrooms, there is also a living room, dining room, feature kitchen, and guest office/library, while the guest house incorporates its own living & dining room complete with small kitchen. Ipods have been installed in every living area, and a Bose 321 home entertainment system provides sound in the living room, dining room and pool bar. Master Bedrooms
The two, sizeable, master bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the main building. Each is air-conditioned and each features a teakwood floor, a dressing area and an ensuite bathroom; each is complemented by a rooftop terrace with a lovely view of the garden, the neighbouring fields and a glimpse of the ocean. Both master bedrooms are furnished with a California king size bed, one of which is a zip-lock bed that can be converted into twin beds. Each room also presents teak wardrobes, shelf units, a desk, an upholstered daybed and a 32″ satellite TV. Sliding doors lead from these master bedrooms into their respective ensuite bathrooms. Each spacious master bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with handheld shower, a double vanity unit with a large wall mirror and twin washbasins, and a toilet. One of the master bathrooms has the additional facility of a walk-in shower, complete with a glass door and a built-in seat.

Guest Room
There is a small air-conditioned guestroom on the ground floor complete with double bed, teak wardrobes, a built-in desk, lamps and artwork. The ensuite bathroom features a slate tiled floor and walls, a large walk-in rainshower, vanity unity with mirror and washbasin, toilet, and shelves for storage.

Guest House
The self-contained guest house offers independence and privacy; it is quite separate from the main building and accessed by a wooden bridge over an ornamental pond. This single-storey building incorporates two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and a centrally positioned, open-sided, living & dining area complete with a small kitchen. The living space is furnished with segmented sofas and a glass-topped coffee table, and equipped with a satellite TV/DVD player, Nintendo Wii game system and an iPod dock. There is also a dining table for six. The kitchen is fitted with a two-burner gas hob, a refrigerator and cupboards. Of the two bedrooms, one is furnished with a king size bed, and the other with a king size zip-lock bed that can be converted to twin beds. Furnishings also include wardrobes and desks, and 26″ wall-mounted TVs. Each bedroom features a tiled floor, soaring roof and glass doors on two sides, which open directly into the garden. Each is complemented by an ensuite bathroom with an open-air shower, a bathtub, a vanity unit with washbasin and mirror, and a toilet.

Guest Office / Library
The guest office & library is located on the upper floor landing of the main building. This cool breezy space is comfortably furnished with sofas, chairs, an ottoman and a coffee table. It is decorated with local artwork and equipped with a computer and fax printer.

Gym
The air-conditioned Gym is a single-storey stand-alone building, located close to the swimming pool. It has a mirrored wall, sliding glass doors and is fully equipped with a treadmill, upright exercise bike, Concept2 Indoor Rower, multigym, free weights, adjustable bench, stretching and yoga mats, and an exercise ball. There is also an iPod dock.

The spacious living room is located poolside with glass doors on two sides that can be fully opened to create an open-air tropical living experience with the addition of a fan. Alternatively, the doors can be closed for air-conditioned comfort. The room features a cool tiled floor, upholstered chairs and segmented sofas, and is equipped with a 42″ satellite TV and DVD player.

Dining Room & Kitchen
The large air-conditioned dining room is furnished with a table for 12, and also features a ceiling fan, mood lighting and sliding doors, which open onto the pool terrace. More doors on the opposite side can be opened to allow for cross ventilation and access into a walled garden area, bordered by a pond with bulrushes and lilies. At the far end of the dining room is an open-plan, fully equipped, feature kitchen with a marble work top, a central island, stylish white cupboards and stainless steel appliances. There is also a service kitchen and laundry hidden away behind the main kitchen.

There is large open-sided ‘bale’ pavilion in the garden, with a raised wooden floor and a high roof, rattan sofas and a dining table for eight. It is cooled by natural breezes and two ceiling fans.

The extensive walled garden is stunningly landscaped around the 20 x 5 metre swimming pool, which is ideal for swimming laps. The flat green lawns are punctuated by palms, fragrant frangipanis, and other flowering trees. A wide timber deck, furnished with sunloungers and umbrellas, borders the infinity edge pool, which is lined with rustic Java stone. Every guest need has been considered with the provision of a pool bar, a pool shower and a guest washroom and toilet. There is even a surf board for guest use.

Aesthetic Design.

Architecturally the property is split into two distinct structures that are almost identical.

Both are two storey dwellings showcasing the aesthetics of local design without compromising home comforts and conveniences. To the left is Villa 1, which is characterised by an open-plan kitchen and an oversized dining table catering to 10 guests in a social situation. While Villa 2 on the right uses the same area as a tastefully appointed indoor living room with a cushioned sofa to relax quietly alone or with a partner. All indoor and outdoor furnishings have been commissioned by Lio Collection and each building features an IPod dock as well as every other modern facility that guests would expect from a property of this calibre.

Restful Slumber.

Villa Jepun has been designed to accommodate up to eight adult guests with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their own privacy. A master bedroom with an indulging semi-open en-suite bathroom and terrazzo tub is located on the ground floor of each dwelling. The upstairs of each villa structure also features an additional bedroom suite with its own spa styled bathroom facilities and dressing alcove. Every bedroom is equipped with satellite television for personal viewing pleasure.

Terrace Luxury.

The showpiece of Villa Jepun is a pair of matching rooftop terraces. Villa Kavya is a contemporary four-bedroom villa in Canggu, located just a few minutes walk from Canggu beach. Generously designed to maximize space and privacy on 1500 square metres, the shingle-roof property offers the best of tropical island living with all creature comforts. Two swimming pools, one of them 17-metres long, big wooden patios and an expansive, flat-lawned garden all complement the building. Indonesian Architect Sekar designed the villa in a modern interpretation of the open living spaces used in traditional Balinese architecture. The master bedroom takes up the complete second floor of the villa. It features a king-sized four-poster bed draped in white voile. Big French doors open onto a generous private terrace overlooking the garden and pools and offering glimpses of the ocean. The large walking wardrobe and the contemporary bathroom both have a view of surrounding rice-fields.

The first guest bedroom has a large comfortable king-size bed wrapped in white voile. Its open-air bathroom includes a dramatic stone-hewn bathtub on a private separate patio. This bedroom also has its own seating area opening onto the central garden.

The second bedroom has twin beds and a small working area with a desk and shelves, as well as an en-closed bathroom, thereby making it ideal for children.

Accomodation

The main building is girded by a koi pond and flanked by wide stone pillars. Each room on the ground floor features exterior folding glass doors accessed by wooden bridges over the pond. This two-storey building houses a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a guest toilet and a ground-floor guest bedroom with en-suite garden bathroom. The Master Suite covers the whole of the upstairs floor and is comprised of a living area, master bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and an adjoining entertainment terrace, which is a wonderful party space affording great sunset views.

Welcome statues greet guests as they enter the main living area. Cosy and comfortable, this room is furnished with two large sofas, ottomans, an antique Madurese daybed, a Persian carpet and a piano. Glass doors opposite the entrance open into a small garden where water flows over rocky falls into tiny pools before splashing into the koi pond.

The spacious indoor dining room can be opened up for a semi-alfresco experience. It is illuminated with a chandelier and furnished with a large teakwood dining table for ten.

Villa Kalimaya’s immaculate, designer kitchen reveals a discriminating taste for functional beauty and cutting-edge style. Crafted in marble with a central island, ample storage and a non-slip acid-marble floor, this feature kitchen is linked to the dining room by a wide service bar. It is fully equipped with everything that the chef needs in order to prepare delicious meals, in accordance with the whims of his guests.

The three, air-conditioned, guest suite villas present floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, warm timber flooring, colourful figurative artwork and rich fabrics. Each is furnished with a custom-made, four-poster, super-king-size bed, and equipped with a safe deposit box, a bar-fridge, and a LCD cable TV, independent from the other cable TVs at the property.

Each en-suite bathroom is fitted with an oversized bathtub in a cream marble surround, in addition to twin, cream marble washbowls upon a granite vanity unit. Each also features an outdoor rainshower within a garden bathroom where guests’ privacy is protected by walls, palms and tall plants.

The master bedroom is even more spacious and luxurious, complemented by a marble-walled bathroom equipped with a Kohler Jacuzzi whirlpool tub.

Garden & Pool
The expansive walled garden is stunningly landscaped around the large swimming pool, which is ideal for swimming laps. The soft green lawns are punctuated with stepping stones and dotted with palms, fragrant frangipanis, and a velvety red flowering ‘dadap merah’ tree. Plumbago, pandanas and giant taro leaves border a series of lotus ponds stocked with contented koi fish, and the garden walls are draped with cascading mauve thunbergia. A timber deck, furnished with sunloungers and umbrellas, runs the length of the lap pool, which is lined with rustic Java stone. The peaceful ambience is further enhanced by the constant sound of running water emanating from the adjacent ornamental ponds, and the skillfully-carved, water-spouting, Hindu gods and goddesses.

Every guest need has been considered with the provision of a half-moon Palimanan stone Jacuzzi resting beside the pool, a free-standing hydromassage steam shower, a glass-fronted infrared sauna, an outdoor rainshower, and a guest washroom and toilet.

Weddings and Parties
Villa Kalimaya presents the perfect setting for weddings, parties and other special events. The extensive lawns are also ideal for open-air Balinese dance performances. The catering can be managed by professional caterers who have the world-class expertise to prepare a sumptuous feast in addition to the coordination of decorations, flowers, lighting and entertainment.

Surrounded by rice field, Savanah Villa is a peaceful one storey of 3 bedroom retreat, complete with swimming pool and large garden that offers a blend of air-conditioned comfort and open-air tropical living.
The large master bedroom is completed with air-condition that overlooking a small garden with fish pond, attached is en-suite bathroom with both in-door and out-door shower and a dressing room which directly accessed to the open shower. The two guest rooms have one bathtub and one semi open shower.
The Living and dining pavilion is set between the 2 guest rooms and master room, overlooking the pool and fish pond. Adjoin is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, blender and juicer, hot and cold running water dispenser and kitchen untensils.

The villa was designed as a private home of rejuvenate after exhausted of daily activities.
